Team are always friendly and knowledgeable. Exams are on time and detailed.
Both members of staff were courteous, patient, friendly and professional.I don’t particularly like going to have my eyes tested but the staff members quickly put me at my ease. I cannot commend them enough.
Such a lovely establishment to have my eyes tested regularly at. The optician is a very nice man who treats his customers with the utmost respect. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Other big eye care franchises lack the personal touch from icarecentre in Luton. I have recommended others and will continue to do so. Thank you for the many years of service you have given myself and my family who now bring my grandchildren for eye tests.

Excellent examination Explained everything he was doing through the whole process I needed my first pair of glasses and the young lady was so so helpful Gave me loads of different styles/ sizes and colours to try and was so so helpful with what suited me as I didn’t have a clueNothing was a problem , wasn’t rushed at all even though others were waiting I felt valued and well looked after
As usual, at my appointment in October '22 I found all the staff at iCare Luton to be most professional and very helpful in helping me to choose the right glasses. I would certainly recommend this practice to others.
